At Sorborium, we produce artisanal sorbet of the highest calibre, created and perfected in the kitchen lab. We have been popping up at events and catering for several years and love watching the reactions and smiles of happy customers when they experience the fruits of our labour (pun intended!)

A rigorous approach to product accessibility; All our products are 100% vegan, and along with the zero dairy status, are also free from gluten, soy, additives and even more - are low in sugar compared against similar dessert options. We cater to virtually any dietary need or allergen sensitivity, with a strong understanding of the food science behind our products, so we always welcome questions or concerns and will direct you to the best and safest choices.

How did Sorborium get started?

The Sorbet Lab was born when a biomedical sciences trained biochemist (who doesn’t like dairy) began using his food and molecular knowledge to make sorbet and reinvent the process with research based testing, resulting in the smooth, creamy and indulgent products we have available today.
