  • Mango Magic

    Nothing but juicy and sweet Mangoes. Of course we go with the best, and it's all sourced direct from our supplier in QLD who deliver a consistent amazing flavour. This isn't mango flavoured, it's Mango and its magical. Mango Magic.

  • Very Strawberry

    The eternal favourite of berries, this is Very Strawberry because it's Very intense and tastes like you are eating berries fresh from the punnet. Sometimes simplicity is all you need.

  • Triple Choc

    Decadence personified in a flavour containing chocolate in three ways, that you can feel fine to indulge in since it's made with a vegetable! We use a raw Dutch cacao, Belgian couverture (a high quality culinary chocolate) and choc chips to make a dense and dark, semi-bitter flavour to satisfy any chocoholic.

  • Raspberry Soda

    We blend up naturally tart Raspberries (and take out all the seeds because we're so nice) and then take this flavour up a notch by adding Lemons to deliver a punchy lemonade soda aftertaste. If you like something that makes your tastebuds stand up and take notice, this is for you!

  • Wizz Fizz Lemonade

    All your childhood memories of Wizz Fizz and sherbet will come flooding back as you experience this sour classic. Except we made it so much more than the classic by introducing a fizzy carbonation sensation to make this feel like a Lemonade.

  • Grilled Pineapple

    Taking a note from the traditional Brazilian cooking style, Pineapples are grilled and caramelised to bring out their true sweetness profile, then we temper the flavour with a subtle blend of cinnamon and coconut. Close your eyes while eating and there is a good chance you will be transported to the beach.

  • Tart & Tangy

    The friendliest of fruit blends that creates a flavour we best describe by its name - Tart & Tangy! Taking the citrus of the Blood range and some sweetness from the Passionfruit, it's ever so slightly into the sour side; think of it as a gateway down the sour path.

  • Mint Mojito

    Summer time in a scoop! A base of lime and pineapple with plenty of crushed mint leaves into the mix, that turns cruisy with splashes of white rum - but it's good for you because we also added chia seeds. [0.0% Alcohol content in final sorbet, just flavour of rum left over].

  • Grapefruit & Kaffir

    Pink grapefruit have an outstanding natural flavour with tart and bitter notes alone but we have found that things escalate when the aromatic citrus twang of the kaffir lime is added, resulting in one of the most refreshing and palette cleansing experiences. Only mildly sour but rich in taste, this works great between meal courses.

  • Guava & Strawberry

    While we know there are many fans of just Guava or Strawberry on their own, when combined they make a heavenly flavour that is mildly sweet and rich in complexity, with subtle notes of peach and vanilla. This tastes so wonderful you may enter a meditative state.

  • Mandarin Bubblegum

    The result of a flavour crossover from the kitchen lab, this is a sweet and slight confectionary styled blend. Adding a mixture of tea and extracts to a Mandarin fruit base, we created a playful Bubblegum inspired flavour that is the natural version of what usually is made from synthetic colours and flavours.

  • Sour Cherry Melon

    We have taken the ever popular juicy Watermelon in a new direction and partly down the 'dark side', with the addition of sour Black Cherries, resulting in a nuanced blend that gently balances the forward flavour of the melon. This is mildly tart and a great way to enjoy your watermelon fix without overloading on sweetness.

  • Antioxidant Attack

    A wholly original creation, this is the carefully curated three-way throuple marriage of unique elements, all containing a barrage of antioxidants. When you taste it, the blueberry is up front, followed by a vanilla sensation and finished with a hint of bitter green tea flavour. This is something to send those roaming free radical oxygen compounds reeling.

  • Grape Coley Moley

    One of our more sweet offerings and conjuring a candy inspired vibe, this is a straight out blend of black grapes with the pure natural extract from grated kola nuts. Remember, Homer Simpson said that purple is a fruit, and in this case, its entirely true!

  • Malibu Peach

    Part of our 'It's always Summer in my head' range, you can't go wrong with the smooth mix of seasonal peaches and whole coconut, using the flesh and the juice. While coconut is subtly in several of our flavours, if you are after the taste of it, this one is for you.

  • Mixed Berry Blast

    Which Berry would you like? Yes. It's all of them. Well, all your favorites and they play nicely together in this four berry blend that blasts the proverbial "Fruits of the Forest" in a single hit. It will be a fantastic addition to your smoothies and brekky bowls and we know this because we do it ourselves.

  • Tropical Splice

    If you like to pucker your lips on sourness, this is your ride-or-die choice. With a base of kiwi fruit, we add a healthy amount of lime - and then some more lime, and lightly round the flavour out with a tropical punch of pineapple and coconut. This one may knock you out of your hammock.

  • Pom-Orange

    This combination just seemed to make sense when we created it - and turns out its been a popular combo in Italian food and drinks for a long time, and we cant disagree! Taking the tartness of the Pomegranate infused into a syrup, results in a mildly sweet flavour that is supported by the orange aftertaste as a balance. Feeling like a foodie? Give this one a shot.

  • Rosy Rosé

    A sophisticated affair for the refined connoisseur. Also, it was made with booze. So it's really for everyone. We make a Rose-Bud brewed tea to form the base flavour and Pear this (pun intended!) with a Sparkling Prosecco which adds a bubbly hint of bitterness, and finally fold in hand-made candied rose petals. [0.0% Alcohol content in final sorbet, just flavour of prosecco left over].

  • Malaysian Flirtation

    With inspiration from classic Malaysian ice desserts that utilise these ingredients and flavours we created this flirtatious and transformative homage. Grass Jelly is derived from the root of plants in the wider Mint family, and by adding more mint itself and balanced by the unmistakable fruit flavours of Lychee you get a piece of South East Asia in a refreshing scoop.

  • Rad Red Bull

    While we can't promise this will give you wings, the natural blend fruits and extracts will have you loving the same taste as drinking a Red Bull itself. And if you are in the party mood, we won't blame you for spiking your sorbet with a little something boozy.

  • Choc-Mint Slice

    We start with our classic dark chocolate sorbet and then take this up a notch to recreate the famous mint slice biscuit by adding a peppermint infused toffee brittle, vegan cookie chunks and all this is lashed throughout with thick ribbons of our hand-made chocolate fudge. You can wipe the drool away now, and we totally understand.

  • Sparkling Mimosa

    Did we hear boozy brunch is on the menu? Taking unabashed inspo from the classic weekend 'light refreshment' while you nosh and nibble, this flavour has a light and airy palate sensation that perfectly blends the citrus sweetness and bitter notes from the bubbly. [0.0% Alcohol content in final sorbet, just flavour of Champagne left over].

  • Sangria Sunset

    Awake from your siesta and prepare for the fiesta! We have taken the classic hispanic wine based punch and created a knockout sorbet made from cherry and citrus base infused with spices. The Spanish Grenache wine provides a depth of flavour, as red as the blood this drink takes its name from, and will leave you ready to find the dance floor.
